At Shower Enclosure Service, our frameless enclosures are fabricated from thick, 10mm clear toughened glass. This is compared to our framed and semi-frameless screens which are made from 5 and 6mm glass.
It’s important to note that while the design of frameless enclosures is commonly preferred, it doesn’t keep all the water inside the cubicle.

How to Install Frameless Shower Enclosure
Frameless shower screens are trickier to install than their framed alternative, with installation requiring more time and manpower.
Generally, two technicians will be needed to install a frameless screen. It is a two-step process which is carried out over two days (whereas standard screens can be fitted in 1.5 hours).
- Firstly, the frameless screens are fitted and left to cure for one day.
- Following this, the final seal and fitting can be done.
